Design Intent : 2nd Floor Addition Concept

A clash between spanish colonial revival architecture and british interior design elements. 1 Julian Drive, located in the old and much desired neighborhood of Castlemore is a timeless architectural expression. The facade is grand and inviting.

The addition of 2 bedrooms over the existing 3 port garage had to be fluidly integrated into the existing façade, without compromising the architectural integrity of the existing structure as requested by the client. An efficient and conservative addition was proposed.
